I asked them for a boat loan I had a-1 credit and was willing to put up my money to grant the loan. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Todd Johnson and Andrea Brown are two of the worst most disrespectful people I have ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional and not willing to work with you on anything. Ms. Brown took money out of my aunts account without authorization on Wednesday. I had enough and just hung up on her and she called me back a few minutes later apologizing and saying it was her error and she was in the wrong. Yeah because that is Theft! She needs to loose her job or be demoted. Don't bank with this credit union. I've been going thru pure hell because I was late on a car payment. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I want to reconcile the history of payments on my auto loan. I have only 2 more payments, ACU says I have 13 more. A discrepancy of over a years worth of payments? I can't get in touch with anyone. By phone, if you do get connected after 14+ minutes, they hang up on you. Or next, you get transferred to Voice Mail.
